I'm just starting the lifestyle change. I'm looking for others who have the same weight loss goals as me! I want to succeed this time, so I would appreciate all the motivation!

I am turning 40 in March that is my set goal date, the best present to myself would be to loose the 20- 40 lbs that I have been trying to get rid of for some time now.
Time to really get serious about this because I'm coming down to the wire and I know I will be really disappointed with myself if I weigh the same as I do today.0 -
