Hello

I thought I'd post to let you know about this fab site:

It's run by a fellow Slimming World dieter who is from the UK, but now lives in Canada. If you haven't heard of Slimming World, it's a great healthy-eating plan from the UK that has recently been launched in the USA.

Anyway...her website is full of tasty and creative recipe ideas and they're helpfully all calorie counted as well. Tonight I am making baked Oreo cheesecake! Yum!

    The Oreo cheesecakes I made tonight were amazingly good!!! If you like dessert you will love them!

    I think next I'm going to try a fat free carrot cake.
