41 here and would be happy with a loss of 10 more , although, I'd be THRILLED with about 20!!!

43 years old. Member since January, but a die-hard since July. I've lost 43 and I have 17 pounds to go. I log religiously every day and I also read a lot about nutrition, macros, exercise, etc. I would be happy with more friends so feel free to send a friend request if you're interested.0

Hi, I'm 47 and have been on MFP for 3 weeks. I'm at 1200 calories but the scale hasn't budged at all. I've started jogging and am up to 2 miles. Wondering if I should increase miles and lift weights to get the scale to move. Any advice?0
