Hi Everyone,
I joined a while ago but i shy away from forums usually. I'm looking to lose 30ish pounds and the calorie counting has been pretty helpful so far!

I am also newish on here. It seems to be working and making me realise that its a life style choice and definitely not a diet. I have lost 7 lbs and need to lose at least another 25 lbs. Its going to be a long slow process, but hey, I've already spent a lifetime trying to get to my ideal weight, what's a few more months!!
