Hi everyone!
I'm Andrea. I'm a 27 year old wife and mother.
I am currently disgusted with what I've let my body become. I was around 165 when I graduated high school back in 2001 (when I was a 3-sport athlete), now I'm at 200 (down from 205) since getting married and having a baby. I'm tired of always being the fat bridesmaid and have at least two more weddings to be in! I'm in one this June, and I'd like to lose 20lbs by then. My daughter also has recently started crawling and I'm finding myself out of breath trying to keep up with her!
I started the 30 Day Shred yesterday and I'm going to work on calorie counting!

Welcome to MFP! My husband is from Lancaster! We'll be there for Easter with the In-Laws.
The 30 day shred is great! I was able to fit into jeans that were too tight by the end of the 30 days!0 -
Welcome! I've only been on one week but love the site. Tracking food, exercise everyday really keeps me on track. Good Luck!:flowerforyou:0

It's a DVD workout by Jillian Michaels. I was convinced to do it by looking at before and after pictures of some friends who have tried it. It's only 20 minutes long, so I can't make an excuse for not having enough time to do it. From what I've gathered, I may not lose too many pounds (since I'll be gaining muscle) but I'll definitely lose the inches if I stick to it!0
