So, a big part of my workout regime is my kung practice and classes. Monday night is forms class, and Wednesday is practical self-defense. One of our exercises on Wednesday is "moving targets:" your partner holds 2 small hand targets and moves them into position while you try to punch and kick the targets as many times as possible, as hard as possible, in 3 minutes. As I've los weight and gotten more fit, my speed has increased. This week I got what I think is not only a personal best, but possibly a school record:

652!

I can remember when breaking 600 seemed impossible. Now I'm seriously thinking about trying to get to 700...
