pre-bed meal - which is healthiest?

I have a small meal before bed, since I tend to get hungry between my dinner at 9.30pm and bedtime at around 3am, and I have recently changed it slightly but not sure which is better for a bedtime meal, or if it makes much difference at all.
Formerly I had
1-2 raw carrots
small apple
1 egg
full fat yoghurt(only 5 ingredients or so).
Recently I started having
Bench pressed banana oatmeal (no sugar, nothing artificial, contains whey protein)
1 banana
1 egg
Wondering if both options are much of a muchness or if the oatmeal makes a better bedtime food for someone with sleeping issues. I workout doing 60 mins interval training 6 days a week, and also now doing some weights and core work.

why don't you just have a snack at 9:30 then have a nice dinner inbetween those times?0

Because it would feel strange having a hot meal so late I suppose, lol. once I am settled down for the evening, I don't tend to really want to be up getting a hot meal. I have done things this way for about 8 months now.0 -
When I started "eating healthy" on Oct. 1st...this was my biggest worry...night time starving times....my trainer suggested to buy the low fat, Kettle Korn popcorn, 100 calorie bags. This a very large serving and works like a charm for me!!! Never thought I would have been able to come up with a solution but it worked for me. Maybe it will help you.0

I don't really find popcorn filling or satisfying at all, and it doesn't really have that much nutrition.
I am not trying to cut down my calories at bedtime, I do not need to since I am not up for breakfast, I am asking which seems the healthiest option.0 -

They both seem fine to me. I mean you could have both on different days. You don't want to be eating the same thing every single day.0

Why? As long as she has the calories it could be 800 calories for all it matters. Won't effect a thing.
I think both options are just fine.0
