Feels like I'm starting all over...UGH...

Okay, so i have been on MFP for like 12 days I think.
Before I discovered MFP I was eating healthy and exercising for about 2 weeks.
I have not weighed myself at all since starting this whole new program. Or even before starting, because I have no scale. I know *about* what I weigh. I was using the fit of my clothes to gauge success for now.
So the past two days (not today, yesterday and the day before) I have pigged out. And a couple of days before that I did the same. It is my TOM and I just totally gave in to the cravings and desire to stuff myself.
Today I decided to take my measurements and put my jeans on (I had not previously taken measurements, so I can't use that as a way to tell either), I feel like I'm right back where I started almost a month ago! Before TOM I was feeling a little slimmer, but now not so much.
Is it possible that this is just bloating that will go away now that I am back on track and drinking tons of water again? Or is it possible that I actually gained back whatever I lost?

I'd guess bloat. I bloat like crazy during AF0
-
It's most likely bloat from period AND extra food...sodium and such. I'd get back on track and then try on the clothes again in a week. Don't let this set you back.0

Have you never had a period before? You'd think you'd know what normally happens to your body during that time. Call again next week and let us know how you're doing.0

LOL...I have never actually felt this much of a difference any other time I have been on my period. And I have lost weight before and didn't notice the difference while losing weight on my period. I also had scales at that time and could track my weight a little better, right now I guess I am freaking out because of the overeating and no scale or prior measurements to know an exact difference.0 -

Thanks, I guess I probably sound silly asking that question, but thanks for being nice anyway0 -
Keep things in perspective. I know I bloat when I have my TOM, but I do also crave sweets like crazy.
Today must have been one of those days and I did very well sticking to my grapes at work. I put them in the freezer (don't know why I did this lol) but they froze up and came out sweeter than before. I liked them MUCH MORE frozen.
Don't get discouraged... you CAN do this.
Rememer on CM when I told you that you shouldn't let ONE (or TWO) bad days make you stop?? Well, here ya go.. [FREE PASS] to START OVER tomorrow.
Don't beat yourself up... just get out there and do it mama!!0 -

Well, since you don't know what you weighed or what your measurements were prior to TOM and eating all the food - And since you have no way of knowing if or what you actually lost in pounds or inches, there's no way to answer your question. It's only been 12 days...start over, take measurements and pictures, and get a scale.0 -
