    I keep a journal. When I fall off the path - I try to reflect to that very first journal entry. How i felt being miserable, etc. Don't lose sight of HOW and WHY you are on this journey. While we lose weight and begin to feel better, we tend to go back to our old habits that got us on here in the first place. Don't think of this as a diet. Think of it as a lifestyle change. God speed!
