So I'm not technically at my "goal weight" yet, but I thought it would be fun to post some progress pics. I still have about 35 more lbs to lose but I'm trying to focus on how far I've come, rather than how far I have left to go.

Left pic is from November 2011. I weighed 257lbs.

Right pic is from November 2012. I weigh 197lbs.

    It took me from May-September to reach 197. I don't work out nearly as much as I should. My treadmill and I have a love/hate relationship, to say the least....so I'd say 3 times a week for about 30-45 minutes. I didn't follow any specific diet...just stayed under my calories on here and tried to eat things that I knew were healthy.
