Biggest Loser -- Strength & Scuplt calories??

I have no idea how many calories to attribute to one of my fave strength training work outs. It is the biggest loser volume 1 strength and scuplt (about 20 minutes). I put something into MPF (Strength training) and got 79 calories (I am ~ 175lbs). Does that sound about right?

    I diidn't get it right until I purchased a heart rate monitor. It calculates my calories burned based on my age, heart rate, and weight. This has made ALL the difference because I am no longer guessing. It helps me keep my calorie counts right on-track. I use the New Balance monitor, it has chest strap and a watch (I think its the "pearl" color for women, less bulky :) ) for display. It was very inexpensive (got it from Target) but worth every dime. Hope this helps!
