Hi Ladies--
I need a really supportive sports bra for a DD cup. I need something to keep me in place during aeorbics and running! Any solid suggestions?

My sister and I are both DD. I'm 201 lb and a size 38 DD. She's 140 lb and a 32 DD. Both of us use bras from Victoria Secret Sports store and love them. They're a little pricey so it depends how much you want to spend, but after using cheaper versions for the past few months, I find that the extra bucks are worth it. They have several different styles so you'll want to go try them on (I like different styles that my sister for example), but they really help support you (and they don't make you look like you have a uni-boob either which is a definite bonus in my mind)!
Best of luck!0 -
Champion sports bras work really well for me, the under wire and Velcro adjustable straps make sure my boobs don't move at all! They are a little pricey, but worth it!

Wife is a F cup. Moving Comforts are the best for her.0

Under amour makes the best supportive workout bras ever! Friends a DD 38 and that what she uses. I am a C cup and I use the same type.0

I'm also a 38DD and have found the VSX Sport bras to work well. But I still struggle with RUNNING in the bra. There's still too much "bounce," if you will. But I may have to try UA, as someone else suggested. But the VSX are great for everything but running.0 -
My question is for a "normal" bra... By the end of the day I am in so much pain from the straps DIGGING into my shoulders and the middle of my back where my bra hooks meet is also so tense. Breast Redux is not an option for me, so I'm trying to find a GOOD bra that's cute and comfortable and supportive. I feel like that doesn't exist! hahaha Any recommendations?0

I don't know if you're in the US or UK, but my sports bra is from Pure Lime and is good and supportive.
I was trying on some new ones yesterday and there was a Nike strong support one that I liked.0 -
Try the Moving Comfort Fiona... I have about a dozen of them!!0

I'm using Nike sports bras, not all of them are super supportive but once you find one that fits you can keep it for ages.0
