Hello all- my name is Samantha and I am 23 years old 5 foot 7 174 pounds with a GW of 145. 29 pounds to lose and definetly ready to get going and see some results :) I am doing a medically supervised weight loss plan for the first 3 months. I am taking all my multivitamins, probiotics and on a low carb high protein diet with a little assistance from Phentermine to help the cravings and appetite (I have a problem with overeating...obviously). I am excited to meet all of you and have some support! Lets get to losing!
