I do that...
I used to yawn between plays in football games too.0 -
I do it at times too, mainly when I'm doing squats.0
-
your body needs more oxygen....0
-
Great, now I'm yawning0
-
yeah, but I also workout at 5:30 am0
-
I do this all the time. Even when I'm jacked up on stims. Always wondered why it happened0
-
Yup, happens to me all the time.0

Yawning can be a sign of nervousness. I used to do it a lot when I first started weight lifting because I was uncomfortable in a new territory.0
-
Happens to me as well, especially on big lifts like squats0
-
I suppose it's probably linked to tiredness as I've been lifting a little earlier.0

i like yawning and looking around what girls are yawning too
jk...i do yawn a lot though but try to keep it to myself to not be "that guy"0 -
I've heard yawning while singing pulls more oxygen to the bottom of your lungs. I'm guessing your body needs oxygen.0
-
your body needs more oxygen....
Definitely, Yawns are just your body providing more oxygen to the brain.0 -
Great, now I'm yawning
me too!
I used to yawn while working out, I haven't noticed it lately though (I blame you if I yawn tonight)0 -
happens to me too. mostly when doing strength training.0
-
I had a vocal coach tell me that yawning is a sign that your jaw is relaxed.0
-
I do this too. My trainer told me that a yawn is your body's way of gearing up for energetic or difficult activity. That yawning boosts your blood pressure and your heart rate. She said that a lot of people do it. Makes me mad when I do it. I breath correctly, use correct form, but I yawn. sucks.0
-
I find I did that when I used to play soccer. I do that now with running, which I think is slightly random, haha.0
-
Now I am worried I am doing it wrong. I never yawn.0
-
deeper breaths. your body wants oxygen0
-
Don't hold your breath while lifting. Deep breaths while you're resting.0
-
Lol, try inhaling when you are trying to *kitten* off the floor and 405lbs on your back. Holding your breath helps brace your core and if you wear a belt it gives you something to "push" against.0
