TDEE calories

SO mine is 2518, so how many calories should i eat and burn a day since 1450 net calories a day made me lose very little bit
. 1650 calories i ate before minus workout calories.

25 year
5'6
217lb

last month i worked out 4-6 days per week


20% of it doesn't make sense to me as that means i need to eat more?

  • If it takes around 2500 to maintain your weight, I would reduce 500-1000 calories. At your current weight stats, it will be most optimal to aim for 1500-1600 calories per day. In that rate, you will lose 2 pounds per week. If you drastically decrease calories, you will lose your butt(glute muscles) because your body will use up your muscles as calories, and I know you girls would not like that. So be patient and be consistent
