I'm on my own for dinner tonight. I'm a very unexperienced cook, btw :laugh:

i just bought a lean-cousine meal. it was only 300 cals! and honestly nothing really. and even if i did have a lot of stuff in there, i'm a really unexperienced cook

Usually a no fuss meal of steamed veggies and any baked protein ( chicken, fish etc) can be well under 400 cals for dinner.0

around a pound of non-starchy veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, etc.) (~80 calories)0 -

Next time make a two egg Omelette! They are easy and tastey
Or panned cooked chicken breast, sauce and a packet of mccain steamed veggies, easy peesy.
