I need some help i just had surgery on my foot sure can use some friend right now

    I would be happy to help as well. Please add me. Since you are post surgery, be careful to focus on healing first. You may need extra calories to heal. Follow your Docs advice. Hope you get well soon.

    Same here. I'm new here. Looking to loose 20 lbs.
    I've lost over 50 lbs on Dukan diet. But it stopped
    Working. So I decided to count calories. Hope
    Not eating to many. I too am looking for friends

    Hi, Marion, my name is Kimberlee, 49. Please feel free to add me for support. I recently had major abdominal surgery so I know what it's like to be inactive for a while. I have to watch what I eat. Make sure you're getting enough protein. You need that to heal.
