New to Calorie Counting -- low net calories

Hi I've been using MFP for about a week now. It occurred to me today that my NET calories should be around 1200 not just the calories I eat. So, I've mistakenly kept my old "diet" and increased my exercise. I truly enjoy working out, so I've been going to classes, running, climbing, and staying active for about 2 hours a day. My net calories tend to be well under 1200 calories. Am I supposed to eat more? If so, what? My belly feels satisfied with the amount of food I eat now. How can I eat more without being unhealthy?
Any suggestions for healthy caloric increases? Or is this the right direction to take?
Thanks!

To focus on fat loss I eat a total of 10 calories per pound of my current weight 6 days a week and 14 calories per current pound on my relaxed day. This seems to keep my body from shutting down and throwing my hormones and adrenals out of wack. I also take a day off of serious exercise a week, although that still usually means I will go for a long walk or something.0

1200 calories is the rock bottom amount! If you are exercising, you are in risk of metabolism shutdown.0
