I just signed up for a beginners class. I have never done this before so I don't want to spend too much on a mat until I know its for me. Where can I go for an inexpensive mat that is decent quality. Thanks!

A lot of yoga studios provide mats, although you can bring your own too. Check with the studio but maybe use theirs until you know if it's right for you. Give yoga some time to get used to, I got frustrated when I first started because I wasn't flexible and some poses were hard for me. Now, I LOVE yoga and do a little in the morning and night! I got a simple mat at Sports Authority for $40. It works fine for me.0

Try a Marshall's or a TJ Maxx! They have decent, brand name mats for inexpensive.0

I just bought one on Amazon for 17 bucks and there were ones that were even cheaper.
Also a lot of places provide them or rent them out0
