so its come to my attention that i have lost roughly 35 pounds yay! I say roughly because i know i started this a bit over 150 pounds.

    you look so great! i am 5'1" also and only 98 pounds, but got to say, you look way better at 110 than i did and probably even better than i look now!

    thanks everyone!
    and its been pretty much 1 year since i started this!
    Ive done a variety of things to lose the weight, its been a looooong journey.
    mostly just healthy eating, sticking to around 1300 cals, and light strength and cardio workouts :)

    don't lose motivation when you don't see results. I went months and months without dropping weight its extremely frustrating! lol

    You look amazing well done. I have lost the same amount on myself and can see hardly no difference but then as I am a bigger girl it will take a while before it shows i guess :/
