    that was a little surprising to learn they were an ingredient but their increase protein content over regular eggs made me realize it was a good choice.

    Update: I've been drinking Fight Milk for about 6 months now and i can say that i have never had a product that has produced better results. i have added 34% more LBM over the last 6 months than the previous 12.
