I would say wait until tomorrow morning. Generally I am a bit heavier after a workout!0

Not sure what difference it would make!
I weigh in on an evening so I would always be weighing in after I had worked out - but not necessarily straight after.0 -
i would wait0

Only assessment that matters both mentally and stat-wise is first thing upon waking up. Any other time is invalid.0

Wait till your regular time.0

I'm usually down 1/2 to 1 lb of water after a workout even with hydration. Not a fair way to lie to yourself. Be consistent to keep honest0

Is it better to weigh in on a morning than on an evening?
I always weigh in on an evening - figured that was a truer weight as I had eaten that day of food.0 -
thanks everyone. it was a 1 lb difference so that is huge to me... i will wait till tomorrow and log what it shows for tomorrow ...0

After running, I'm about 2-3 pounds less. I sweat a LOT!0

I sometimes weigh myself before a workout and after but only to measure how much water I need to replace after a hard workout.0

humm that is a good point, never thought of it that way. i have lost 1 lb from before a work out to after one, but never thought of it the way you put it...0
