Success video - not mine but worth watching

I was sent this video by a colleague of mine as inspiration for my weight loss journey. I've lost just over 6 stone now and I've just started running with the intention of one day doing a 10k charity run (something that I've wanted to do for so long).

This video is so inspirational I actually shed a few tears (not too manly to admit that).
