How many cals do you burn 30DS?

Looking for an estimation as to how many calories I am burning during the 30DS workout! I know it's different for everyone depending on a number of factors, and I do not own a HRM.
I am 5'6, 158lbs
As far as effort goes, I feel I put in 95% on average
Anyone know an accurate range I should be logging? I "feel" I burn ~200 cals
Thanks!

I've heard that you can log it as "circuit training." If you add "circuit training, general" (MFP has this in cardiovascular exercises) to your log, it says that 20 minutes = 218 calories, so that's right around what you're guessing. I don't know what to do when I go on to the next level though...if I'm working harder, shouldn't I be burning more calories? ;-) Anyway, for now, you can try logging it that way.0

I logged it as "Circuit Training, General" before getting my HRM and that was pretty close to what I found my average burn per session (200-250) was when I started using the HRM.
BUT I was really surprised to find that even though I felt I was putting in 100%, some days I would only burn 180.
I'm 5'6", 134 lbs and 28% BF.0 -
Ok! thanks. I might invest in a HRM or just always log it as 200 and hope it balances out0
