leftover turkey

what are your plans, or have already done with thanksgiving turkey leftovers ?? i have like 10 lbs left over, and wanna get some ideas..anyone ??

    Turkey pot pie, turkey soup from the bones, cold turkey sandwiches, hot turkey sandwiches, turkey salad, another turkey feast...

    I made turkey chili from my 300+ slow cooker recipes book.

    I also made this turkey enchilada verde soup from the internet - it was delicious!

    I only made a 12 pound bird (the day before Thanksgiving and saved it all for myself before going to my parents' house for the actual day) and made a couple of batches of soups, and also froze some of the leftover meat. Later this winter when I'm wishing I had more turkey.... I'll have more turkey!
