Advice please?

Hi everyone!
I need advice on how to tone up.
I am 18 years old 5ft 5in and 9stones, I am not over weight but I have a huge stomach and love handles. I really want to loose all that fat and have a flat toned stomach with no fa on my hips. I also have a bit of flab on my arms and fat on my back which I really want to loose but I don't know where to start.
Can someone please give me some advice on what to eat and what type of exercises to do? Any type of advice is helpful.

    Start with diet. Clean eating will be a huge help.

    don't "diet" just concentrate on eating healthy

    enjoy life and have fun being young

    1. Clean eating is good and will make your body happy.

    2. You lose fat through a caloric deficit. Find out your BMR [http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/] and TDEE [http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.htm].

    Eat above your BMR and below your TDEE and you will lose fat.

    3. In order to tone up, lift heavy. "The New Rules Of Lifting For Women" is a book that has helped a lot of people recently. Lifting weights will give you a beautiful toned physique and will not make you bulky as long as you're not on testosterone :-)

    4. Finally, do cardio for your heart.

    But if you don't care about your health and just want to look good naked, do #2 and #3. It's that easy.

    Don't forget that walking is the best exercise in the world and that's what it takes to move the fat around.
    And water! My goodness! Make sure you drink water! That is the most cleansing thing you can do for your body. Fresh fruit & vegetables and beans and whole grains.
    I am NOT young, but my husband and I began doing this together and we feel so much better! I make a salad for us every day that's 3-4 colors of peppers, celery, carrots & zucchini - and almost no lettuce. Twice a week meals that are almost exclusively brown rice & pinto or black beans.
    Give it a try, you might really like it. Make sure you NEVER EAT UNDER YOUR CALORIES!

    eat well and anything with cardio to burn that fat and love handles...
    After you'll be able to tone it up with abs etc...Do don't it now, it won't do you any good.
