3/4 cup of old fashioned oats topped with a layer of frozen cherries. add water just to the level of the cherries and microwave for 2 minutes. No sugar required. This is so simple and great because you don't have to add any additional sugar. You can use frozen blueberries or peaches if you prefer. Very filling:)
