I have a cousin who lost so much weight eating under 1,200 calories and working out at the gym 2 hrs a day. She went from 178 to 114... and had kept it off for about 6-8 months..... Is that healthy? and what happens when she starts eating again. By the way my cousin is 5ft tall and 28 years old.

Under 1,200 calories and 2 hours of working out a day is pushing obsessive. 114 at 28 years old, even at 5 feet, is not particularly healthy. That sounds almost like exercise addiction. I'm 5'7, and a few years over half her age, and I'm 130.0
