Hi, I have been registered with MFP but haven't been on here. A friend on facebook told me about htis same challenge and I accepted it! I will accept it on here as well!!!! So excited and will check in AND psot pics mid December and the End of December to show my progress!!!!0

I'm in too! My booty needs some work. I usually try to remember to do about 10 every time I have to go pee. Of course, I forget half the time, so this will be helpful to remind me. (Not WHILE I'm peeing!! After, before I leave the room. It's how I sneak in exercise at work.)0

I am in. Tore my MCL in July, and I just finished PT in July. This will be a good challenge for me to keep my self on track. Can't wait to see how well we all do!0

May I still join this challenge? I did the 20 for yesterday & 25 for today...both w/8 lb weights. My weights at home...the next step of weights will be 15 lbs so hopefully by the end of the challenge I can be using them.0
