It's back! Some of you are gonna love it...others gonna hate but the good news is....
You only have to do it once!
Let's go folks, we can do it!
Exercise 1: 100 Jumping Jacks
Exercise 2: 90 Abdominal Crunches
Exercise 3: 80 Squats
Exercise 4: 70 Leg Lifts
Exercise 5: 60 Jumping Jacks
Exercise 6: 50 Abdominal Crunches
Exercise 7: 40 Squats
Exercise 8: 30 Leg Lifts
Exercise 9: 20 Jumping Jacks
Exercise 10: 10 Minutes of Running
You only have to do it once!

I can't do 40 squats or that many crunches. I might try this when I get in better shape. I did 10 squats and thought I'd die. But I did have 10lbs of weights in my hands.0

Great! Last time I wasn't able to finish this one. Hopefully I'll be able to this time. I didn't know that when you give platelets your not supposed to do any strenuous exercise.0

I think i have inadvertently done it I did 30ds, which is pretty much what your have asked for, followed by 30 min run 10 min walk fast and 20 run not stop and im doing 30 ds again later surely I have hit the grade, I'll count and see nice challenge xx0

I did this it killed but it felt great after. one day closerr!!

Well, I did everything except for 90 of the jumping jacks and running for ten minutes. My knees couldn't take any more. I am glad that I did most of it, maybe next time.0
