Does fruit sugar count as sugar? I have a banana everyday and it almost maxes out my sugar allowances. I try and have 3 servings of fruit each day and I'm waaaay over my goal. Is it calculated the same? Thanks!!!

I wouldn't worry about sugar in fruit. I was tracking my sugar intake to find out how many foods have hidden sugar, but after a while I noticed the same thing: most of my sugar comes from fruit and I'm "over" after my morning snack. I stopped tracking sugar and now I'm tracking fiber instead - where it's good to be "over" :happy:0
