  • Hi, I have been registered with MFP but haven't been on here. A friend on facebook told me about htis same challenge and I accepted it! I will accept it on here as well!!!! So excited and will check in AND psot pics mid December and the End of December to show my progress!!!!
  • I'm in too! My booty needs some work. I usually try to remember to do about 10 every time I have to go pee. Of course, I forget half the time, so this will be helpful to remind me. (Not WHILE I'm peeing!! After, before I leave the room. It's how I sneak in exercise at work.)

    I did my twenty! My knees were killing me while I was doing them. I know how to do them properly just have some knee issues and I haven't done them in a while.

    I am in. Tore my MCL in July, and I just finished PT in July. This will be a good challenge for me to keep my self on track. Can't wait to see how well we all do!

    May I still join this challenge? I did the 20 for yesterday & 25 for today...both w/8 lb weights. My weights at home...the next step of weights will be 15 lbs so hopefully by the end of the challenge I can be using them.
