I would love to join the group I am only about half to my overall goal. I have already lost ~23% (almost 70 lbs in the last year) of my total body weight and I'm aiming to eventually get to 50% of body weight lost. I am getting to the point that exercise is required to lose and the more encouragement to keep me on track the better!0
