I'm going to be finishing the C25K in the next few weeks and afterwards I want to start training for a 10K. Does anybody know of any good training programs?

try looking on runners world website - they have a lot of great training programs. I have an eight week half marathon training schedule in my blog that I tailored to myself specifically from runners world. Feel free to check it out - it definately got me through the half ..I'm sure you could work it around to apply to a 10k as well. good luck!0

Ditto. Not used the 10K but have used the half marathon plans and will be doing the marathon plans this year. They have worked well for me and others in my running group. Jeff Galloway plans are also popular and well rated.0 -
