I still do not know what to do. I know some of you will tell me to do a more palebo diet. I have visited a dietician and she said my diet was near perfect. I have been to two different doctors to make sure nothing was medically wrong. Both doctors ran blood test to check hormone and vitamin levels. I have upped my caloric in take, lowered my caloric intake, exercise more, exercise less. I am still gaining weight and getting so depressed over it. I have gained over 30 lbs since I tore a stomach muscle last year despite eating good and exercising. I even went through basic training for the military and gained weight! HELP!!

Are you loosing inches?? The scale doesn't always matter. If you are gaining muscle you're going to gain weight.0

You'd need to list out what you are eating, what your stats are and what exercising you do if any to get any kind of help. Just because someone tells you that your diet is perfect, is it?
Invariably it is always that you are eating to much. You have to count everything. Every sauce, every snack, every drink, every piece of gum. You may find that you aren't counting everything. Calories in calories out is inescapable.0 -

Open up your diary. Are you measuring and weighing your portions?0

If you're still working out consistently and doing cardio then it's your diet. You need to measure your portions.0

when the doctors checked your blood did they check your thyroid?0

Did either doctor check for possible food allergies or intolerances? If you're sure that's not it... you may want to check out a metabolic reset program. If it looks reasonable, DO NOT just get the stuff from Walmart... find a health care professional to supervise and make sure you don't lose muscle mass or develop gall bladder problems. I don't recommend this if measuring portions is working, but if you ruled out other causes, it can work really well.0
