Semi-new to MFP and brand new to the Message Boards

Hello! As the topic says I'm semi-new to MFP. I signed up a couple months ago, but have been finding it difficult to commit to tracking my food and exercise. I am hoping by joining the message boards it will help encourage me to be on here daily to stay on track.
I started my weight loss journey a little over a year ago with a starting weight of 186. Currently I am at 169.8 but can't seem to budge much from that. My goal weight is 150. I am 5'8" so I feel that would be ideal. I'm starting Couch to 5k tomorrow to test myself as I have never been a strong runner.
So here is hoping to positive relationships and meeting goals with the least amount of frustration! Cheers!

Hey there! I did C25K earlier this year and I was very out of shape. The program helped me immensely and now I am planning on running some races in January! Good luck to you!0

I think the last time I ran for exercise was in my 9th grade PE class.
