Hi guys I jusy started Michael Thurmond's Week Body Makeover. I was wondering if any of you have tried or are on this program. Any advice or imput is greatly appreciated thanks - Panda

  I did it years ago. Long term it is very difficult to maintain and can become quite monotonous

  tried and loved it. It changes your ways of eating and build your metabolism to encourage weight loss. loss great weight, but i will be restarting soon
