My first goal...

...was to reach 1stone (14lbs) which I smashed today, losing 3lbs this week - that's 2.5lbs more than I needed to :drinker:

My aim this time around has been to lose a steady 1lb a week - which given the past 7 weeks of consciously keeping a watch on what I eat along with regular exercise has definitely worked for me.

A BIG thank you to all of you for being there, keeping me inspired and motivated - i couldn't have done it without you

    Sounds like we are on the same plan. My fitness pal has helpd tremendously. I am not so concerned about what I eat as long as it fits into my calorie limits and I have been excercising at least if not more that an hour a day. I have a Wii play system and I play Wii fit, The biggest loser, just dance, and dancing with the stars. On pretty days I walk holding 3lb wts for 1 mile. Fitness pal counting my calories for me saves alot of time. I have lost almost 20 lbs since December and I feel great. I still have a long way to go. I know it can be done now. Keep up the good work and I will too. Even after I lose this extra weight, I plan to stick with what I am doing.
