Today is day 1 with getting myself back on track. Started filling out my food for the day. My calorie allowance seems a little low to me. Signed up at a new gym yesterday, will be going after work today. I am always tired after work, but I really need to go! Gonna try to stay on track today. One day at a time.:smile::smile:
