Thanks all, it has taken since April this year, I work hard in the weights room and have some great mfp friends that really help push me along

7-8 months...so 13-15 pounds a month. How much were you eating?

That's incredible! I love seeing transformations like that, it helps keep me motivated by showing me that it can be done if you work hard and stick with your program! That's for the inspiration on a Monday when I really needed it. Don't take this the wrong way but you look great!
