    Just back from to gym to read all these great posts! Thank you all! I have found in the last two years since reaching goal, if you dont continue with the good habits that got you to your goal, you will not stay at your goal. So keep logging and tracking ! :)

    I'm about to hit 550 days and I have a friend on here who's just over 600 days now. YOU INSPIRE ME to keep going...I wanna see 1000 days, too!!!
