18 - 20 hour road trip. Driving straight through...meal ideas? I don't intend to stop except for gas ect. What are some easy to access snacks that'll keep me awake once I'm in west texas?

If you like something sweet and chocolatey, I LOOOOOVE Skinny Cow Heavenly Crisp - Milk Chocolate bars. Salty, I like the Blue Diamond Nut Thins in either PepperJack or Ranch---very filling. Another good idea is to pre-pop some 100 calorie single bags of SmartPop Popcorn, and bring in a ziploc baggie. Easy to just reach in and grab a bite here and there when you need it and not feel guilty. I tend to bring seedless red grapes and lowfat string cheese too. For that long of a trip, if you aren't going to stop for meals, pack beef jerky to get some protein---or make a PB sandwich. If you stop, I look for a Subway. Don't forget your water!0

I'll definitely get the jerky. Grapes are a good idea too, easy to grab with one hand on the wheel.0

Definitely Burritos. The more sour cream the better.0

I would grill some chicken with taco seasoning and chop it up to eat on the go. I am gluten free but I am sure some burritos would be a great idea, just don't make em to sloppy!
Perhaps some nuts/seed bars
Some fruits - bananas are the perfect driving food.
Yoghurt in tubes (do you have this in the US?) We call em Frubes!
Lots and lots of water
Maybe some pieces of cucumber and tomatoes sliced up - little bit of white wine vinegar and salt.
Some cheese and crackers or sting cheese if you like that sort of thing?
p.s: How can you drive for 20 hours and not stop for gas? What are to driving, a plane? lol0 -

In my post, I said the only time I'll stop was for gas, ect..0 -
Ooooh right! My bad. I was like, woah.... that car has a big engine. Tehehehe!0

Apple slices (in a ziplock baggie with a little lemon juice to prevent from turning brown)
String cheese
Granola bars
Dry cereal to munch on
Sandwiches (go easy on the condiments so they don't make a mess)
Veggies (baby carrots, celery sticks, cucumber, bell pepper strips etc.)
and for a road trip that long I would need some coffee0
