I’m sure this topic has been discussed before. I’m fairly new and I just purchased this game for my Kinect on Sunday. I have the Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012. The workouts on the Your Shape have really helped me lose weight and shape my body. I’m just starting UFC trainer and wanted to know if anyone else seen results from the game? I’m already having issues with the Kinect with this game. It appears that the workouts are tougher than the ones on Your Shape Fitness Evolved but the Kinect sensor on this particular game sucks.

I actually only used the game twice, Its really bad. The sensor is horrible. However I will say that Your Fitness Evolved 2012 is awesome. I did a 30 day challenge on there and lost like 7 pounds

Yeah i find the sensor horrible but i think even if your doing it and the sensor isnt picking it up doesnt mean your body isnt getting benefit :) whats fitness evolved?

Your Shaped Fitness Evolved 2012 is another x-box kinect fitness game. It has tons of workouts on there. This is cardio, abs, back, glutes, toning, etc. They also have bootcamp, hiphop dancing, several different things to do on the game. I should be a spokes person for the game because it helped me tremendously

Just done my first session on it. I'm really unfit, just missed 3 months of gym time and didn't do too much before that. It's nearly killed me! Think I'll be trading it in, time better spent at the gym...
