Tough Mudder...

I am looking for some exercises that will challenge me but will not take me outta the game...i am training for a tough mudder event which is a 10 to 12mile course with obstacles...any words will be great thanks all :)

    My son just did a Tough Mudder event in England about a week ago. He had a great time. He said it was alot tougher than he thought it would be. Enjoy it and have fun, Good Luck! :)
