Hey peeps... curious to know which you are

Optimist
Pessimist
Realist

I find myself to be an Optimist, always believe there is a silver lining in every situation! My last 12 yrs are proof of that!

    I find myself usually being pessimistic but as I am trying to change my eating habits I am trying to change my outlook on all things and look on the finer side of the things.

    When it comes to weight loss though, I try to be a realist.

    I am optimistically pessimistic. But just some of the time. Then I am pessimistic optimist. That just means I really believe that I will screw up.
