As a female, here's how to take advantage of your body's natural composition:
You have to realize that your LEGS are your greatest assets, and the way you harvest their treasure is by doing strength training.
And one of the best (if not the very best) strength training exercise you can do for your lower body is: SQUATS.
Squat, and you will transform your body. Squat, and you will burn a ton of calories. Squat, and you will improve your metabolism, immune system, prevent injury, get stronger and look amazing. If you feel like your fitness journey is missing something, chances are it's probably SQUATS!
As a female, your legs have the biggest concentration of adrenergic receptors in all of your body. Men's adrenergic receptors are upper-body dominant. These receptors are there waiting for you to activate them. Upon doing that, they'll be releasing things like adrenaline, growth hormones, proteins and enzymes, among many other good stuff into your blood stream.
So don't wait another day. Ditch the treadmill and SQUAT! Do them 2-3 times a week and see the magic happen.

This is good news because I actually don't hate squats and almost enjoy doing them!0
