3 Weeks = Down 10lbs - Not working out yet.

One small milestone reached. 10lbs down with dieting alone. Down one belt notch also. Can tell the difference on my face and body already.

Eating 1500 cal per day. Had 2 days eating 2k because I mistakenly took the advice of "BodyBuilders" who know about losing 10lbs or so just for competitions and know nothing about obesity.

Anyway.. it CAN be done just by diet alone.. But, I do plan on hitting the gym now that I am more comfortable moving and feel a little lighter and less lazy and bloated..

Really motivated! Cant wait to see the difference at the end of first week of Gym usage!
