Hey Ladronzz, I started using MFP about 1 week plus now.

Counting my calories and exercising to boost muscles growth. Instead I've lost 3 lbs so far. I believe those are fats loss. Which is a good thing.

Its important when gaining weight to maximize muscle growth and limit fats growth. There are many types of calories, MFP gives me a good idea on the source of calorie that I am taking in and avoid too much carbo. Good for me, I can still manage to consume a fair bit of carbo for growth and my workout regime should take care of it.

ah ok sounds good. You seem to be on the right path..Losing fat is definatly a good thing. I have been Eating about 3000 calories a day at a 50% carb 25% protein and fat ratio. I gained a little but then my weight fluctuates back and forth so i stopped using the scale. Im just trying to bulk slowly so i dont fully lose my Abs. That and weight lifting heavy is pretty much my routine. What kind of exercises have you been doing?
