Fallen off the wagon?

How many times have you 'fallen off of the wagon'?? As in, you've gained back most if not all of what you've lost.

Every time I stop paying attention to what I eat, I gain it back.

Unfortunately for me I know I am going to have to track my food intake for a looooong time after I've reached my goal weight- as soon as I stop I lose control of the sheer amount of food I consume. Through tracking on mfp I have learnt a bit better what my daily intake should be at the moment - I hope that when I have maintained for a while I should also learn what is an average days intake but to get to that point I will be logging and watching what I eat for a while!!

Still it's a price I'm willing to pay to be happy in myself :)

Too many times to count. And yes - if I'm not diligent about watching what I eat, I'll gain it right back.
