NEED SOME ADVICE ?!?

My brother is getting Married Jan 26th and I am one of the bridesmaid, being his sister and knowing that he will want to take lots of pictures with my husband, my baby girl and myself i would love to set a goal weight to try my hardest to get accomplish? well i weighed myself this morning and i weighed in at 234.6 ..... Please help me set a resonable goal weights ... Should i set a goal for every 2 weeks or once a month ?? PLEASE HELP !!!! Thanks in Advance !

    Depending on if your losing weight currently, in a plateau or what.. you could set a goal of 10-15 lbs to aim for.. of course this is just a guess.

    I wouldn't set a goal weight number. Just eat at a reasonable deficit and exercise regularly and let the numbers fall where they may. Setting a goal number for a specific date may cause problems.
  • I would not set a goal weight number unless you are a goal achiever. (that is one who "needs" to have one) just continue doing what you are doing . You have lost 13 lb already !! Keep up the good work.
